Once an online order is placed, we’re not able to cancel it through the website or by calling 22nd Bridge Coffee Roasters. However, you can get details on the status of the order by writing to us at 22ndbridgecoffeeroasters@gmail.com
Returns & Refund
We put in a lot of thought and effort into every coffee we roast; however, if you face any issues or problems with the coffee purchased from our website, please write to us at 22ndbridgecoffeeroasters@gmail.com or call us at + 91 8454022063 within 7 days of your purchase, and we shall review the issue and, if necessary, replace the order or refund the amount back to your account.
Please include the following:
Your Name and date of purchase, your order number and the issue/reason for return.
Please note:
The coffee packets must be returned to the address mentioned on the website in case of a return or refund in their original condition.
All brewing equipment can only be returned/refunded in case of a manufacturing defect which is hampering its optimal intended use; in such a case, it must be returned to our facility in a new and unused condition only. Refunds are initiated within 3 days of notification. The amount of time it takes before the money is credited back to the customer’s account depends on the clearing cycle of the customer’s bank.
